Community Connectors is a new project in Cardiff designed to help people access community groups and services to improve their wellbeing.
Our experienced Community Connectors will offer a confidential, non-gudgemental space to listen and help you access the support you need.
Our Community Connectors and based in GP Surgeries accross:
- Cardiff South East
- Cardiff City & South
- Cardiff East
